Opened in June 2000 for a new millennium by Robert and Mairead Gill, the peppermill already has a large loyal local following and has gained a real reputation for excellence.
Since the beginning Head Chefs, Mairead and Karuna have consistently cooked the best modern Irish food using Irish suppliers to deliver great taste and flavour. Our seafood is sourced directly from Robert’s relations in West Cork and we use only Tipperary Hereford Prime Beef.
Robert has been running the dedicated front of house team since they first opened, welcoming guests with a natural and easy hospitality and a great sense of humour. Robert and the girls always ensure that everything is just right.
